More than likely – we have a large directory of techs from around New Zealand. Ask us.
Do you stock all parts for different models and age of machine?
Yes, we do. Technicans may submit a parts request on the Parts page. Be sure to include images of the machine’s serial number and also the part itself if possible.
Can I see a demonstration of your machines?
Certainly – email or phone for an appointment.
Does your equipment come with a warranty?
We have a 12 month warranty on parts and machines.
Payment and Deliveries?
Generally, a deposit with your order & the balance on delivery. Payment can be made by internet banking or via Stripe link on your Xero invoice. We can deliver anywhere in NZ.
Do you offer new buyers Barista Training?
Yes, it comes with FREE Barista Training. We want you to get the best out of your new machine!
